Ludlow Engineering have produced 50 plates for a local company. We were given the worn out plate as a sample which we then measured and drew designs for reproducing. We then manufactured 50 of these steel plates with our CNC machines and delivered to the customer within 7 days.
The process
- Clean up customer sample of worn out piece
- Measure and draw all dimensions
- Manufacture exact copies with 3 axis CNC milling
